 Shipping:

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada and the United States as well as free shipping on orders over $99CDN
  • We are located in Nanaimo, BC and occasionally will allow local pickup on an order by order basis.  Email us to see if we are currently offering local pickup.

 

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship order within five business days. (Generally you can expect orders to ship out on Tuesdays & Saturdays)

Shipping times vary, however:

  • Within Canada: average delivery 3-9 business days (depending on province)
  • To the USA: average delivery 7-10 business days

Please note that these are AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES and does not include possible customs delays of the the package.

 

Product Information:

  • Each item is ethically produced in small batches by either myself, or one of my seamstresses
  • Products variations, such as pattern placement of fabric may occur
  • Colours may appear different from one computer screen to the next
  • Please make sure you measure your child and order the appropriate size, fabric has not been prewashed

 

Returns + Exchanges:

We strive to offer quality products with exceptional customer service (we want to see you come back!)

  • If you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase you may contact Little Rad Jack for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
  • All return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • All returned merchandise must be unused, still have the tags attached, and accompany the receipt or invoice
  • Due to the limited nature of our stock and a size exchange may not always be possible (we urge you to order based off of measurements not age) but we will do whatever we can to accommodate.
